Anne Hutchinson and her family sailed across a vast ocean in search of a new life in the English Colonies of North America. Their life did not turn out as they had hoped, and Anne, a deeply religious woman, was banished for questioning the religious leaders of the Massachusetts Bay Colony. In the aftermath of a blizzard, she and her family, who had chosen to accompany her, were forced out into the wilderness.
